This policy explains what personal data NSK Computer Zone Private Limited (“NSK Computer Zone”, “we”) collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. It is written to meet India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect
- When you send an enquiry: your name, company (optional), email address, phone number, WhatsApp number (optional), your message, and any products you added to the enquiry. For a PC build request we also keep your answers about the PC you want — its use, budget, preferred parts, extras, and delivery city or area.
- When you browse: our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to keep the site secure and working, not to profile you.
- In your browser: products you add to an enquiry, and which offer popups you have already seen, are kept in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie we set is a sign-in cookie for our own staff on the admin pages.
We do not collect payment details on this website.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and arrange a build, repair or service you ask for.
- To protect the website from spam and misuse — for example, limiting how many enquiries can be sent from one email address in a short time.
We process your enquiry because you chose to send it to us, which is your consent under the Act. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to keep you informed.
Who can see it
Your enquiry is seen by our staff. It is stored with, and processed by, service providers that run this website for us, only for that purpose:
- Our hosting provider — website hosting and database. Depending on the provider, data may be stored in data centres outside India.
- Instagram (Meta) and YouTube (Google) — only when an offer popup contains a video. The video player is loaded from them when the popup opens, and they receive your IP address and browser details under their own privacy policies.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — only if you choose a “WhatsApp” button. Your message then goes to us through WhatsApp under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy; nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp.
- Email or messaging notification services we use to alert our team to new enquiries, if enabled.
- Google Maps — the map of our shop on the contact page is provided by Google. When it loads (as you scroll to it), Google receives your IP address and browser details under Google’s own privacy policy.
We will disclose information to authorities only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them — unless we need them longer because they relate to an order, warranty or service record, or the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used;
- correct, complete or update it;
- delete it, or withdraw your consent (this does not affect what we did before you withdrew it);
- nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you are unable to.

Complaints
If you have a concern about how we handle your data, contact us first at nskcomputer@gmail.com so we can put it right. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection, access to enquiries is limited to signed-in staff, and our systems use access controls and rate limits. No method of storing data online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.
Children
This website is meant for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date above.
